Real Estate Title/Transactional Paralegal Downtown Denver Our client, a leading law firm in Denver is seeking a 5 plus years real estate and title paralegal to represent their title clients and underwriters which involves a broad scope of real estate issues. This group will deal with real estate title issues, mechanic liens, and foreclosure support work. You will be working with title companies for closings and review of title company closing documents, drafting leases, loan transactions, acquisition and disposition of real estate property, drafting and reviewing contracts and drafting closing documents is required. Must have ability to establish professional relationships with title officers and counsel, must be detail oriented and possess excellent writing, communication, organizational and computer skills.
