Within the Business Operations Marketing Team, you will help transform our online presence by program managing all phases of website optimization from concept development to launch and beyond.
You will have experience in website development or digital marketing program or project management.
You will excel in understanding and organizing different points of view to agree on a common path forward.
At the end of the day, you are passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience.
This is an individual contributor position, reporting to the Business Operations Manager for Marketing.
The position hybrid/remote.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with program sponsors to document high-level program and vision with associated business roadmap and outcomesUnderstand and map important internal participants in the organization, and ensure that they are engaged in the right wayManage tactical project plans in appropriate tools and through effective meetings, from kickoff through completion, ensuring that the team hits important milestones and deadlinesManage and mitigate risk with appropriate tools and communicationsManage stakeholders' expectations through proactive engagement with clear calls to actionPrioritize work and coordinate required support across several departments to achieve project goalsCollect and summarize requirements, partnering with product organizations to ensure that technical development will meet go-to-market team goalsSummarize project status, producing executive-level presentations and communicationsDive into details to lead project delivery and zoom out to contextualize specific information within the broader company strategyHighlight tradeoffs and ensure that customer experience is top of mind when making decisionsBreak down silos to use ideas and solutions from across the businessDevelop and refine processes to ensure efficient executionManage relationships with external vendors and resourcesMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 8
years of work experienceTenure in digital marketing program or project management or operations in a SaaS / Cloud environmentExperience with all aspects of managing global programs including business process analysis, change management, enablement, and adoptionFamiliarity with project management tools and softwareCuriosity, passion, and a willingness to dive inAnalytical and data-driven.

by visiting Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk s competitive compensation package.
For U.
S.
-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570.
Offers are based on the candidate s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
