Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Channel Sales Program and drive sales growth for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with a team of channel sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing sales performance metrics. The Program Manager of Channel Sales will also be responsible for ensuring that the channel sales program operates efficiently and effectively, and for collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


Key
Responsibilities:


  • Providing coaching, training, and support to improve sales skills and performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed to improve performance
  • Implement technology and tools to improve productivity and streamline sales processes
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective operation of the channel sales program

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and
Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5
    years of experience in channel sales, with at least 2 years in a program management role

Skills and
Qualifications:


  • Experience in agency or in-house marketing preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and customer behavior
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with sales technology and tools, such as CRM software and sales automation tools

Salary Ranges
Compensation:
$72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual totalcompensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
