Job DescriptionOlsson offers clients a full spectrum of water and wastewater services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services.
Maintaining water quality is Olsson s number one concern, and we are able to respond to a broad set of client demands in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The Nebraska & Colorado Water/Wastewater Group Leader will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of the water/wastewater staff they supervise.
This includes collaborating with the market, sector, discipline, and geography leads on short and long-term strategic planning, annual business planning, on-going business development and client development, team member recruiting and retention, team member professional development, consistently meeting company high-performance expectations for utilization and financial performance, and overall project production/quality.
The Water/Wastewater Group Leader may also manage multiple projects and/or assist the project team with project management duties and best practices.
We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE, or Denver, CO office location.

Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry.
At least 4 years of experience supervising others.
Daily management and leadership.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
