Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle.
Develop insurance proposals for prospective clients.
Conduct sales presentations following our sales process.
Ensure all of our clients have a 5-Star experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve high sales targets.
Dedicate two to three hours daily to managing existing accounts and customer requests.
Requirements What Makes a Sales/ Agent Successful? A sales or customer-facing background is preferred Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
