Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of team members against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide feedback and guidance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the inventory of consumables required for production.
Ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet production schedules without excess wastage or shortages.
Collaboration and Scheduling:
Work closely with production managers to understand and implement production schedules.
Ensure that the post-production team is aligned with the overall production goals.
Quality Control:
Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of products.
This includes meticulous attention to labels and the final products, ensuring they meet regulatory and company standards.
Production Spreadsheets:
Utilize production spreadsheets to accurately dose infused products.
Ensure that all data is accurately recorded and maintained for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
Coordinate within departments to create lab samples to be sent for compliance purposes.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Expectations:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ? Reliable transportation ? Ability to stand for long periods of time ? Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50lbs Preferred
Qualifications:
