Our firm specializes is luxury high rise remodels and home remodeling.
We have been in business since 2006.
We primarily work in Spire, Park Lane, Washington Park and Cherry Creek.
Our attention to detail sets us apart from the work of our competitors and drives our referral based growth strategy.

A strong work ethic mindset to work as a team both with our existing employees and our long time vetted sub contractors.

Your commitment to work everyday with a detailed plan which means you are prepared with the materials and tools to achieve the daily outcomes and stick to a project timeline.
Your ability to limit the need to rush out for supplies mid-job is a critical component to success on our efficient team.
Strong communication skills with staff, homeowners and subs daily.
Willingness to document daily activity so we can plan accordingly and adjust our approach to the job if we need to pivot for any reason.
Our daily journal process is critical for invoicing, expenses and bidding for future projects.
If you know you are the type of person who avoids essential paperwork, we are not a good match.
A consistent ability to complete tasks with accuracy one time, even if it requires more time.
An open-minded approach to growth as a learner and a teacher.
