We have a brand-new opportunity for a Level 2 Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Denver, CO and provide end user support.
Duties and
Responsibilities:


  • Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required

  • Stage, build and image systems with standard client image

  • Complete special projects as requested

  • Provide technical training to more junior employees

  • Troubleshoot End User hardware and software incidents

  • Follow Asset Management policy and procedures. Complete monthly cycle counts


Skills and
Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2
    years of Deskside Support service experience

  • A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desired

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong customer support skills

  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of MS Office and basic business applications

  • Good knowledge of Mac device support desired


$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
