Job Description:
As an IT Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative ServiceNow solutions to address the ever-changing ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBM needs.
Your expertise in ServiceNow platforms and industry best practices will be vital in shaping the architecture, technologies, and tools within our suite of applications.
As a subject matter expert in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, OTOM, and OTSM, you will have a significant impact on our roadmap development.
Working with minimal supervision, you will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and mentorship abilities to guide other team members effectively.
Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing IT architecture solutions in alignment with enterprise standards, conducting technical planning, and enhancing business capabilities through integration and automation.
Required Education and
Experience:
Supports architectural governance and compliance, and contributes to defining principles, guidelines, and standards.
Participates and contributes to solution architecture reviews and ensures architecture adherence.
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
Takes a more active role in analyzing technology trends and impacts and contributes to vendor assessments.
Leads the design and development of end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements.
Analyzes and translates business and technical requirements into solution designs.
Leads the translation of business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, collaborating with product owners and managers.
Defines system integration approaches and ensures interoperability of components.
Provides guidance and support to development teams during solution implementation.
Manages the architecture for a broader scope of projects and develops roadmaps for portfolio evolution.
Design, develop, and implement OT architecture solutions in alignment with both the Enterprise Architecture (EA) program and the Refining Technologist organization across the enterprise.
Develop OT roadmaps and contribute to Value Stream flight maps for the Refining OT Solutions product Key Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience.

years of relevant architecture experience required.
5 or more years of experience in a technical, professional role for an enterprise Minimum of 4 years' experience in cybersecurity Professional certification.
