Welch Equipment islooking for a reliable dispatcher to act as a communication point for service request calls.
You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and have a customer service mindset.
You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

00 / hour Responsibilities Receive calls and record significant information Update customers throughout the day on the technicians' progress Dispatch service technicians to each appointment in an efficient and timely manner Be able to appropriately prioritize requests Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations Maintain the premium degree of professionalism and customer satisfaction that Welch Equipment is known for Provide field technicians with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information Skills Proficient computer skills Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position Fast typing with experience in data entry Proficient in English (oral and written) Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent customer communication skills Sound judgement and critical thinking.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
