This is a full time Monday through Friday 7:
30am to 4:
00pm office position with weekends off, and overtime available as necessary.

Assist customers with requests, orders, product specifications, pricing and product availability, over the phone and in person Process customer orders and quote requests accurately and in a timely manner Trouble shoot issues and offer alternative solution Handle cash transitions and complete deposits Help customers navigate our website and place orders online Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions Education, job skills and experience needed to be successful in this position:
