Here's what you'll be asked to do:
Convert inbound/outbound customer calls into appointments Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner Maintain customer records by updating account information using Service Titan Turn frustrated customers into raving fans of Brothers Perform outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance and tune-ups Actively participate in ongoing training through meetings and company events What does it take:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service A Positive can-do attitude Must be a team player as the CSR will have to work closely with the dispatch team and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Brothers' brand Become knowledgeable about Brothers' products, services, and offer them to the customer in a pleasant professional manner Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric is a local, family owned & operated business in Denver, CO.
