We are currently recruiting for our upcoming 2024 Season! We are looking for 2-3 Full Season Employees (4/23-11/1) and 5-6 Partial Season Employees (May - August)! Meet and greet all members and guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner Ensure carts are properly stored, stocked and cleaned Ensure practice facilities are stocked, cleaned and set-up per standards Assist members and guests with all golf equipment, loading and unloading golf bags onto carts, and maintain bag drop area Maintain all cart barn, bag storage, and service areas Comply with safety procedures and policies while performing job duties, especially operating golf carts and utility vehicles safely Maintains good personal hygiene; reports to work wearing a clean, neat uniform that follows Club standards Ability to explain facility, golf services and other information about Pinehurst Country Club to members and guests Work with OS Manager and Golf Staff in setup and execution of tournaments and outings Participates in required employee orientation and safety trainings EOE/Including Vets/Disabilities Requirements:
Prior golf related experience ideal but not necessary Excellent communication skills required Excellent listening and comprehension skills required Positive interpersonal skills required Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks Ability to lift 25lbs and bend while performing work duties Must be able to perform tasks outdoors in hot temperatures Must have a valid driver's license MUST be available to work sun-up to sun-down (average shifts are 7 hours in length) MUST be available to work weekends and holidays Flexible work schedule, work shirts and jacket provided, daily employee meal, limited golf privileges at the discretion of Head Golf Professional.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
