Always provides the highest level of customer service possible.
Plans daily schedule based on customers' needs by reviewing daily paperwork, e.

, manifest, route sheets, etc.
provided by the Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher.
Visit and walk the floors of hospital facilities with the mission of removing full, reusable sharps containers and replacing with clean, empty containers.
Sharps Service Tech's at Medical Systems report to work directly at assigned hospital locations and are required to work efficiently with minimal daily supervision.
Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned accounts on a daily basis, communicating any issues to Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher for resolution.
This includes, but is not limited to re-routes, adjustments in container sizes, training, etc.
Position Requirements:
Education and
Experience:
Education equivalent to graduation from high school, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating the ability to read a map, interact professionally with various levels of internal/external customers, and display a strong professional appearance and attitude at all times and in all situations.
Must work safely and carefully to prevent injury to self and others.
Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods and walk consistently throughout the day.
This job requires lifting of 10 to 50 pound containers frequently and for sustained periods of time.
May require mandatory immunizations and credentialing based on customer requirements.
