Vice President, Corporate Strategy

The Company, a large healthcare services organization, is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Strategy to lead a dynamic team focused on redefining care delivery and creating new growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning senior leadership on strategic direction, developing growth aspirations, and defining where and how the company competes.
This role requires a strategic leader with a strong emphasis on value-based care, who can manage and mentor a team to develop comprehensive strategic solutions and influence operational leaders to execute on the strategy.
The Vice President will also be involved in projects such as new payment models, partnership strategies, care model transformation, and policy strategy at the Federal and State level.
Applicants should have a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in a strategy or project management role in an analytical environment, with a background in healthcare and value-based care experience strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess intellectual curiosity, excellent communication skills, outstanding conceptual and analytical abilities, and a strong sense of accountability.
A graduate degree, such as an MBA, is preferred but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
