We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist in the Denver area to join our dynamic team.

Job Description The HR Generalist works with Santa Monica Seafood employees at various levels to provide human resources support.
The Human Resources Generalist will directly assist the HR Manager with recruitment & selection, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and other HR processes.
This role is also responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs to support the culture and business objectives of Santa Monica Seafood.
As the HR Generalist you will be maintaining excellent communication in the execution of HR-related work such as:
Recruiting & Hiring - Support management in reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling, creating interview materials, checking references, and tracking the candidate's status in the hiring process.
Assisting the HR Manager in preparing the Hiring Recommendation, Offer Letter and Employment Agreement.
Employee Onboarding - scheduling employee onboarding training sessions, maintain training materials with subject Santa Monica Seafood expert input, research resources and tools for a more efficient process Workplace & Safety Policies - Assist with development, implementation and administration of policies Benefits administration - Assist with research, answer employee questions, correspond with providers Performance review template maintenance and reporting, research program options and efficiencies of the Performance Review process Management of other employee benefits - PTO management, health insurance , process employee benefits changes Support HR leadership team - HR research, project support, and champion HR initiatives Benefits Competitive Salary and Annual Performance Based Bonus Medical and Dental Health Plans Health Flexible Spending Account Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Short- and Long-term disability coverage employer sponsored Employer sponsored Group Life Insurance Flexible 401(k) retirement benefits with employer matching Paid holidays per year plus competitive vacation and sick leave Work with a team-oriented culture that supports continuing education and career growth Qualifications Three or more years of experience in a Human Resource related field is preferred.
