General purpose of this position:
Be an active participant in keeping these small communities desirable places for residents to live, and for team members to work and take pride in.
Other key responsibilities include:
Reporting to, and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, Service Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice President and/or Vice President General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry is preferred Reliable transportation is necessary to get between properties as needed Hand tools to perform the general duties listed above are required Good communication skills in dealing with employees, residents, contractors, and vendors are necessary Knowledge of budget costs and pricing is required Proven ability to supervise, schedule and direct maintenance personnel is required Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance; ask for a copy of the dress code Demonstrated ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors If you're that person, come join Griffis/Blessing, Inc.
