-pack floral orders for delivery or shipping.
-inspect quality of product.
-properly stage customer orders for delivery.
-properly complete all paperwork, bills of lading and computer bookings for shipments.
-prepare boxes for packing and/or shipping.
-dump trash and recycling in outdoor containers.
-maintain a clean and safe work are.
-advise managers as to needed warehouse supplies.
-various other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the position:
-ability to manually lift/move 50 lbs.
on a regular basis.
-ability to stand for long periods of time.
-daily exposure to plant material.
-position requires the use of sharp tools (knives) and pallet jacks.
-must be reliable with a positive attitude working in a team environment.
