Position Summary As the Parking Enforcement Representative you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location.
As a Parking Enforcement Representative you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude.
The Parking Enforcement Representative reports directly to Parkwell's Project Manager at the site you are placed.
Schedule The schedule for this position is being finalized but will generally report Monday through Friday during typical business hours (8am-4pm).
The scheduled hours for this position are full time but in certain circumstances, you may be dismissed early depending on the event schedule for that day.
Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
Position Requirements Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check At least 18 years of age Due to on foot enforcement, must be okay with walking for extended periods Enforcement Duties and
Responsibilities:
Patrol each lot on a continual basis to ensure that revenue is collected on each vehicle.
Provide enforcement when necessary.
Inspect the parking lot at the beginning of each shift for cleanliness and maintenance items.
Report any needs to the Project Manager.
Provide information to routine inquiries; assist the public with vehicle issues to the extent possible.
Maintain parking equipment in clean and work-ready condition, set-up and remove traffic control items as necessary.
This position requires the ability to work alone and therefore must exercise proper judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with people.
Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete required paperwork or reports as needed.
Customer and Client Service Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.
Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance.
Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
Effectively communicate with all team members and managers.
Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).

Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
