- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes - Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures - Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations - Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees - Assist with HR compliance activities, such as affirmative action planning and workers' compensation claims The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, training staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
