Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of hiring, development, and growth of the team Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress Assist Director of Talent and Development Lead development of a team of 20
Qualifications:
Experience in team leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills Humble servant-leader Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong project/time management skills Self-starter with strong follow through Ability to work independently on complex projects Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change
