DescriptionKorsail Energy is seeking a Project Development Analyst to join our growing team.
This position is for someone with 0-3 years' experience in energy development, real estate, project management or relevant internships interested in supporting our development team through all phases of the project development lifecycle.

Based in Denver Colorado, we develop solar and storage projects from inception through to COD.
We're a small, fast growing team looking for hard working and talented developers to help originate and build a large pipeline of projects across the country.
ResponsibilitiesThe Project Development Analyst will support and manage the development of greenfield solar and storage projects from initial land search efforts through to commercial operation.
You will have a significant amount of responsibility in this role and will have significant room for growth in the company.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying, performing diligence, and negotiating purchase and lease agreements on potential development parcels Managing local and national permitting on multiple projects in varied jurisdictions across the county Managing a diverse group of consultants, engineers, attorneys, and other project stakeholders Managing project development budgets and milestones to achieve on time and at or under cost Interfacing directly with landowners, investors, and other project stakeholders.
RequirementsWe are seeking an individual with 0-3 years' experience in energy development, real estate, project management roles or with relevant internships.
Candidates should also be detail- oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.
The chosen applicant will have experience in some or all of the following areas:
Project management Land development, real estate acquisitions, or sales Real estate zoning / permitting GIS experience - e.
g.
ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth, etc.
An understanding of electrical infrastructure A proven track record of maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders Proven ability to understanding finance and energy markets.
High proficiency with project management software, in addition to MS Office suite.
Must be friendly, persuasive, and a diligent person.
