In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis.
You should be analytical and an excellent communicator.

Essential Functions:
o Translate business needs to technical specificationso Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.
g.
reporting tools)o Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.
g.
MicroStrategy)o Create tools to store data (e.
g.
OLAP cubes)o Conduct unit testing and troubleshootingo Evaluate and improve existing BI systemso Collaborate with teams to integrate systemso Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyseso Create visualizations and reports for requested projectso Develop and update technical documentationJob Requirements:
o Visualize data and information for business customers through the creation of reports and queries using Microsoft's technology stack.
o Create Power BI reports based on business requirements with linked content, drilldowns, and nested parameters.
o Optimize Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.
o Develop concepts of reports, analytics and visualizations development, using DAX, SQL, tuning, data models and semantic models.
o Leverage MS BI tools to answer questions, solve problems, and create reporting solutionso Ensure reports meet data accuracy, query performance, usability and functionality requirements.
o Assist other team members with SQL queries necessary to extract, transform, or load data as part of integration and analysis development.
Required
Experience:
o 5
years related work experience, professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industryo Expertise in PowerBI Dashboard Development & DAX querieso Experience with SQL server/PostGreSQL requiredo Hands-on working experience creating visuals and building dashboards and customizations using Microsoft Power BI.
o Experience in optimizing Microsoft Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardizationo Experience with other Data Visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, SAP BOBJ, Cognos, MSTR) and Microsoft Reporting tools SSRS & SSASRequired Education:
o Related Bachelor's degree or related work experience Recommended Skills Business Analysis Business Intelligence Business Requirements Cognos Commercial Awareness Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
