Home Girl Home Girl Denver, CO Denver, CO Full-time Contract Full-time Contract $28 - $40 an hour $28 - $40 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago LEAD PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER We are looking for a high-energy, passionate, dynamic, full-time lead organizer to lead home organization and move management projects, as well as to assist with day-to-day business operations as the second in command.
Candidates must be highly organized with a great attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, be a good listener, and be a proactive self-starter who is capable of both taking direction and leading teams.
Though preference is given to those with experience; professional organization experience is NOT required.
However, the successful candidate will be given a tight timeline in which to complete an accredited education program with subsequent organization membership, plus a rigorous training through Home Girl.
Starting salary range is $28-$40/hour Responsibilities include:
- Working one-on-one with clients and being their primary point of contact.
- Managing team projects on a timeline and budget.
- Hiring, training, and mentoring a team of assistant organizers.
- Maintaining Home Girl's proprietary standard operating procedures.
- Promoting the business and business development, including social media.
- Working closely with the owner on leadership and vision.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Skills

Qualifications:
- This is a client-forward position requiring excellent communication skills, decision-making, and customer service.
- A high standard of honesty, integrity, and ethics in all aspects.
- Basic organization principles and exceptional attention to detail.
- 3
years of experience in the service industry required, preferably with high-end clientele.
- General house care, cleaning, and maintenance knowledge.
- A flexible schedule is a must.
Our full days are typically 930-600 and can include weekends.
You must be able to adhere to this schedule with minimal exceptions.
- High school diploma or higher education, with preference given for degrees in education, sociology, and psychology.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle daily for transportation of supplies.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Technologically savvy - email, Google Drive suite, Excel, use of personal camera phone, and maintaining a social media presence.
- This position requires mental and physical stamina.
Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry 50lbs, climb stairs, use a stepstool or small ladder.
Working in different homes requires the ability to tolerate typical household odors from pets, dust, smoke, or fragrances.
Compensation:
Compensation is a monthly draw
a highly competitive hourly.
Bonuses are attainable and offered in many different milestones throughout the year, as outlined upon hiring.
This is an independent contractor position.
