Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Supply Planning Manager role holds a pivotal position within DISH's Wireless division, commanding active involvement in multifaceted supply planning responsibilities.
Your role encompasses:
Take ownership of SOP inputs, accuracy, outputs, and communication for assigned device cadence Contribute insights to the cross-functional retail wireless team's weekly inventory presentation, ensuring transparency Manage inventory intelligence hub for seamless cross-team information exchange Provide informed weekly purchase recommendations across channels while meeting inventory targets Collaborate on data inputs for insightful reports driving process enhancements Build OEM relationships for mutual growth Optimize inventory with demand planning, considering trends and objectives Identify procurement optimizations for a nimble supply chain Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor supply plans Devise proactive strategies for supply chain risk management Coordinate new device integration and resolve inventory challenges Employ business analysis for process improvement Utilize advanced supply chain software Ensure tool reliability and accuracy, setting standards Analyze Solver outcomes to align strategies with KPIs Lead What-If planning and mentor teams Diagnose and address supply chain constraints Map and evaluate supply chain, fostering collaboration Cultivate a growth-focused and refined culture Skills, Experience and RequirementsTo excel as a Supply Planning Manager, the following attributes are vital:
A Master's degree from a reputable four-year college or university is preferred, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
Exceptional organizational acumen coupled with an unwavering attention to detail, enabling proficient multitasking and execution.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, showcasing your ability to manipulate data with precision and glean insightful information.
Familiarity with Supply and Demand planning systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, o9, and Anaplan, is highly desirable.
Effective communication skills, allowing seamless interaction across all echelons of the organization.

Salary Range Compensation:
$76,300.
