Responsibilities:
- Transplanting, De-leafing, Pruning, Plant Transfers, Trellising, Harvesting, Shucking, Routine Cleaning & Maintenance.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills - Unwavering work performance day in and day out - Ability to interpret, understand, and execute instructions - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Note:
Experience in farm, garden, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
