Tier 2 System Maintainer - TS/SCI with Poly
Description The National Solutions Group at Leidos has an opening for a Tier 2 System Maintainer supporting mission applications maintenance in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Primary ResponsibilitiesoEnsures the availability and activity of mission critical launch communications systems through proactive updates, testing, maintenance, and support.
oWorks with a team and independently to maintain and ensure system continuity.
oCreates, updates or enhances maintenance and operations documentation.
oIndependently performs incident and problem management to resolve or escalate issues in order to restore service to government customers.
oUpdates or creates knowledge articles to train and have just in time training for Tier 1 to resolve system and hardware interruptions without escalation to Tier 2.
oEnsure the availability of mission processors through proactive Tier 2 Software and hardware maintenanceoPerform incident and problem management to resolve or escalate hardware and system issuesoSupport system and hardware configuration management and change management activitiesoSupport system and hardware service transitions oPerform request fulfillment activities including account management and hardware and system configuration changesoCoordinate with other maintenance, operations and engineering contracts as requiredoDocument all hardware, software and system work performedoCreate, update or enhance maintenance and operations documentationoEnsure security of mission processors and IT infrastructureoProvide call-in support as requiredBasic QualificationsoActive TS/SCI with PolygraphoTypically requires BS and 2- 4 years of prior relevant experience.
oLaunch or mission operations experienceoExperience performing Tier 2 hardware and system maintenance on mission critical systemsoExperience supporting and performing configuration management, change management and service transitionoExcellent verbal and written communication skillsoProven ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a teamoMust be willing to perform call-in support as requiredPreferred QualificationsoStrong Analytical skillsoSharePoint, NETS, ServiceNowoITIL Foundations certificationoCurrent DoD 8570 certification applicable to the position (typically Security+)Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,050.
00 - $97,000.
00 - $130,950.
00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
