Job Description:
Looking for a flexible, part-time position? Our HOA Communities have 1 or 2 inspections per month.
Inspectors drive or walk around looking for violations such as trash cans left out, landscaping not maintained, parking violations, and more.
Inspectors are generally able to set their own hours and pick what day they do the inspection.
They are assigned a few communities and will work with each Community Manager to know what to look for.
Advance has an app that is compatible with Android or iPhone for Inspectors to use.
Inspectors submit an invoice at the end of the month tracking the communities, hours, and mileage.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
