Currently, we manage over 100 commercial assets including office, industrial, and retail properties totaling close to 3.
5 million square feet.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Primary property contact for tenants, vendors and owners.
Daily involvement in all aspects of property operations, planning and reporting.
Diligently respond to calls and E-mails to assist with scheduling showings, marketing, posting rents, posting notices, and collections on delinquent accounts.
Tenant Relations - Follow up on maintenance requests, Tenant Disputes, Lease Renewals Walk properties to ensure safety, cleanliness, manage violations of property policies Lease Administration Tenant File Administration Tenant Insurance Compliance Prepare Annual Budgets NNN and CAM Reconciliations Owner Planning and Operations Update Meetings Project Manage Tenant Improvements and Capital Expense Projects Manage 2 Maintenance Staff Manage Assistant Commercial Managers and operations assistants Position requirements/hours/salary:
A minimum of 5 years' work experience in Property Management or relevant Real Estate experience 2 Years Commercial Property Management and / or Commercial Leasing Experience Accounting / Bookkeeping Experience a plus.
Familiar with reading and interpreting financials statements.
Active Colorado Real Estate License preferred Rent Manager Experience preferred Excellent Verbal and Written Skills Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, property management software, accounting software Bachelor's Degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with owners and tenants.
An orientation to customer service and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, financial, and time management skills.
Computer skills are a MUST - specifically Microsoft Excel.
Starting salary is $70,000 - $85,000 DOE.
Monday- Friday, with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as business demands.
Cell phone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
