To monitor quality of service, especially communication, provided to assigned SBG teams by outside counsel. To analyze and resolve legal issues raised by interaction with SBG team members and policyholders. To provide training on legal issues to claims representatives and underwriters.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
