Job Description
Systems Analyst Advisor
This positionmustbe located in Denver, CO
Systems Analyst Advisor will evaluate and analyze the business needs and objective in healthcare industry, including electronic HIPAA transaction guidelines, claim processing, benefit structure, cost sharing structure, and utilization management; translate government rules and regulations (i.e. HIPAA Regulation, ICD-10 Compliance, NPI, Health Care Exchange/Reform) and Blue Association mandates into a feasible technical solution; meet with business owners from different areas to better understand the business processes in order to assess technically feasible options and elicit detailed business requirements and clarifications; participate in all aspects of full software development life cycle utilizing various tools and technology platforms; use Lean IT process to translate business requirements into documents that illustrate the technical solution such as use cases, wireframes, process flow diagrams, etc.; analyze business requirements/gap analysis within healthcare organization and convert to technical documents; evaluate relational databases and write SQL queries; use XML/Web Services and portal technologies to develop integration tier; identify functionalities that needs to be tested and unify cross-functional teams using Rational Suite, including Requisite Pro application; oversee onshore-offshore model execution from vendors; diagnose problems within the application and work with the business to add and/or update the business requirements if the problem arose from a missed requirement; provide training to business users, help desk, etc.; and provide input for the communication materials that the business operation area is sending out to the provider community.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, management information systems, computer system engineering, healthcare, healthcare management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) as well as 6 years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience or, alternatively, a Masters degree and 4 years of experience as noted above. Experience must include: healthcare industry, including electronic HIPAA transaction guidelines, claim processing, benefit structure, cost sharing structure, and utilization management; translation of government rules and regulations (i.e. HIPAA Regulation, ICD-10 Compliance, NPI, Health Care Exchange/Reform) and Blue Association mandates into a feasible technical solution; full software development life cycle; relational databases and SQL queries, including integration tier using XML/Web Services and portal technologies; business requirements/gap analysis within healthcare organization and conversion to technical documents; and onshore/offshore business model.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
