As a strategic business partner, the HR Business Partner identifies, plans, and implements strategic business objectives aligned with business unit strategies; assesses current organizational performance and develops/ implements plans to build organizational capabilities and support growth. Acts as a single point of contact for the executive leadership, in Human Capital objectives. Utilizes a deep knowledge of the business unit / area, key employees and business processes to build a strong business relationship with the business unit / area and ensure that all HR requests and solutions to/from the business unit are implemented utilizing HR best practices. Supports the delivery of HR processes at the business unit / level and identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks. Acts as the performance improvement driver and promotes positive changes in the human capital strategies. Leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with the Principles of Responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.
Essential Functions:
- Works in partnership with executive leadership on the development of functional business plans, vision, mission, goals and business objectives. Understands business challenges, and influences strategies and initiatives owned by the organization.
- Act as an agent with Human Capital Centers of Excellence to facilitate seamless service delivery. Manages HR risk and compliance issues. Investigates complex and unique employee issues and ensures appropriate disposition.
- Develops, coordinates and utilizes trend analysis information for human capital strategy development to improve business function effectiveness. Evaluates inputs to determine possible systemic issues. Drives necessary changes by gathering resources and influencing organizational change.
- Responsible for succession planning and performance management programs to ensure consistency and quality in driving regional and corporate initiatives.
- Develops and executes solutions that meet the organizational needs, carefully weighing solutions that may set precedent or require significant change management efforts. Assesses problems or issues for greater impact to the business. Ensures that solutions are consistent with organizational objectives. Recommends methods to minimize or prevent future issues.
- May work with the Sr HR Business Partner on complex strategic plan development.

Experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of Human Capital experience in a complex environment, including progressively responsible experience in one (1)or more HR functions OR a combination of eight (8) years of Human capital functional experience and operational leadership experience.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational development or related field OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- High School Diploma OR General Education Diploma (GED) required.
License, Certification, Registration
- N/A.

- Prior experience working with and acting as an advisor to executives.
- A proven leader with a solid track record of successfully implementing human capital programs and initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate the needs of core business functions into human capital strategies.
- Ability to think and act strategically while delivering operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead executives and lead others through influence and collaboration.
- Proven ability to effectively manage in ambiguous situations with minimal direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Negotiation skills with an understanding of conflict management concepts.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Health care industry experience.
- Master's degree in business, human resources, organizational development or related field.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
- Executive Coaching.
- Working and Influencing in a Labor Management Partnership environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
