As part of the Market Development department, the Senior Manager, Insurance Exchanges, provides leadership over key projects/programs that impact the operations of Marketing, Sales, & Business Development (MSBD) & support regional profitability & membership goals.This includes overseeing the development of new programs, & coordinating the region's implementation of State/Federal mandates.The Senior Manager leads & provides support to multiple implementation projects & supervises the efforts of the project managers & cross-functional project implementation teams to ensure that projects are completed on time & on budget.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for implementation plan & schedule using program management skills to direct project managers responsible for large scale cross-functional implementations. Oversees weekly progress in key project initiatives.Ensures active coordination & establishes accountability across functional silos to enable successful implementation & manages executive level sponsorship of initiatives.
- Oversees the coordination of the go-to-market strategy cross-departmental functions including development design, plans, & ensures execution & coordination of activities necessary to launch new products & services.
- Coordinates project requirements w/ other initiatives throughout the region, w/ Program Offices & w/ the Colorado Exchange staff to ensure the economical use of personnel, time, & other resources.Influences operational staff to execute on activities & initiatives.
- Recognizes & works effectively in complex, political, & ambiguous situations. Uses organization & personal influence strategies to encourage desired behavior among those involved to reach goals of the project.
- Develops & oversees implementation of effective communication strategies in coordination w/ the member experience department/staff.Updates the entire organization, especially those affected by any changes.Keeps project owners & sponsors informed of progress, challenges, & barriers.
- Acts as liaison to IT for all MSBD driven projects requiring system enhancements.
- Develops engagement model to ensure active interaction w/ the state Exchange Board, Advisory Groups & the state Exchange staff.
- Recruits, trains, & develops project staff.
- Performs other duties as directed

Experience
- Minimum six (6) years of Program/Project management experience leading complex, interdisciplinary projects with an emphasis in marketing and product development required.
- Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in health care administration, health care consulting or related field.
- Experience working in an analytical environment required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or health care administration, or related degree required.
License, Certification, Registration
- N/A
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to lead professionals, direct and manage others through influence and collaboration.
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory and contractual requirements required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- MBA, MHA, or similar degree preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
