HR Operations Director
The HR Operations Director is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting, employee relations and compliance success throughout the organization.

Recruiting Function
The HR Operations Director will achieve success through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas for successful talent acquisition. The Director will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best possible talent.
Develop and execute recruiting plans
Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings
Oversee the creation of job descriptions
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Analyze recruiting data
Create and monitor to effective KPIs
Perform other special projects as assigned

Employee Relations & Compliance Function
The Director is also responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the employee relations programs and policies related to employee relations, talent and performance management, engagement, and organizational analysis. The Operations Director serves as a facilitator and advisor to cross-functional teams.
Build, manage and improve HR employee relations & compliance processes that fit the organization, support cultural initiatives including organization design and development, talent management, employee retention and culture development.
Serve as an expert resource to employees in the following areas of Human Resources, i.e. employee relations, compliance, and recruitment
Partner with organization stakeholders and team to provide effective coaching and guidance for all human resources matters
Provide overall direction to HR on work requirements, including talent management and employee engagement action planning
Partner with Employee Learning and Development team to create talent management processes including the coordination of succession planning, high-potential/talent to watch development, and leadership planning/development to create an internal bench of talents in the organization
Provide direction if needed to employee relations team for advice and counsel to management and non-management employees to improve employee satisfaction (issues resolution, professional developments, balance programs, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of employment rules and regulations
Foster the integration of cross-functional teams to achieve business goals, leading by inclusive management style, open communications and solution-based problem solving
Develop, implement, coordinate and maintain policies and procedures related to recruitment, employee relations, and human resources practices and policies.
Process bi-annual employee satisfaction surveys, communicate results, and provide Action Planning updates as required.
Ensures compliance with C.A.R.F. requirements and assist in internal audits as required.
Acts as point person to legal issues and investigations.
Conducts employee exit interviews and responsible for the overall process, to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Responsible to supervise and develop direct reports.
Must comply with all safety rules and regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
PHR certification a plus

years Human Resources experience in a retail, manufacturing, or nonprofit environment including.
Prior Supervisory experience required.
Strong HR generalist knowledge in the areas of employee relations, communications, legal, policy and procedure administration, recruitment, and analytics.
Ability to counsel, coach, and negotiate with employees at all levels within the organization as needed.
Strong facilitation skills.
Ability to function under pressure and act appropriately in emergency situations.
Proven managerial capabilities in a team environment.
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.
Must be flexible, dependable and creative.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Professional verbal and written communication skills (English required).
Strong ability to collect, maintain and analyze data.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Demonstrated strong analytical ability.
Must be able to effectively manage time and determine priorities for self and direct reports.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
