Job Summary Under general supervision, the Clerical Support ll provides administrative and clerical assistance to support
the operation of the assigned nursing unit.
Collaborates with other staff and leaders in the development, management and operation of the unit. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from High School or GED Certificate.
Experience:
Typically, one year of clerical experience. Prefer six months in a medical setting or customer service related industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge data entry systems and computer skills. Knowledge of medical terminology.
Telephone and reception skills.
Organization and communication skills.
Ability to maintain adequate office supplies and forms on the unit.
Ability to demonstrate professional work
behavior by following guidelines as established by policies and procedures.
Ability to cover more thanone unit.
Bilingual is a plus.
Certificate/License/Registration: Medical Terminology Certificate preferred. _Facility:_ Denver Health Main Campus, 777 Bannock St.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
